Nanny candidates have all been through the following process before meeting or working with any families:

- High school diploma
- At least 2 years of childcare experience
- Rigorous, multi-step interview process with the agency
- Completed background check
- Minimum of 2 childcare references
- Reliable transportation
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification

- Background Check
A national background check is conducted including

Our Fitting Process
Let us do the dirty work!
Here's our fitting process:

1. Email us directly at connect@tsakidscare.com.

2. Discuss your family needs with our agency.
No application fee necessary!​
​
3. We will review resumes and biographies of applicants, or current nannies on our team. We thoroughly screen and vet each individual candidate.
​​
4. Nannies that match your qualifications, will be scheduled for interviews.
​
5. We will inform you of a nanny that is a good fit for your family and needs. Then you get to pick your favorite!
​
6. One of our hiring team members will attend a meet and greet with you and your family to help initiate acquaintance with the new nanny.
​
Ask questions! We are happy to help you navigate the process of what to expect and any other questions as they arise in the process.
​Once you and our nanny accept the terms of employment, you pay us and we pay our nannies in advance! This eliminates the hassle of every day pay for you.

Our Promise To You
We stand by our nannies. We understand that every single one of our nannies will leave an impression on a child's life. Therefore we take pride in our matches. If for any reason at all you are not satisfied with your placed nanny, we will replace them for no additional fee at all.
Additionally, we know that life is unpredictable and sometimes situations arise last minute. We've got you covered! We strive to be able to provide last minute care if you have immediate need for coverage.
